1) Do you support laws and regulations to insure that illegal aliens cannot obtain a Nevada Drivers License (de facto citizenship)?
2) Only American citizens should be voting in our elections. Do you support laws and regulations to insure that state ballots are printed only in English?
3) Will you work in your county to stop illegal aliens from receiving taxpayer-funded services?
4) Do you support TASC (the Tax And Spending Control ballot question) which limits tax and spending increases to growth and inflation? See website:
http://www.tasc4nevada.com/index.html5) Do you support the unabridged individual Constitutional right of Citizens to Keep and Bear Arms?
6) Do you support freedom of choice in health care, including the fundamental right to not be forced to receive certain vaccines?
7) The federal government claims control over 91% of Nevada's land. Nevada has never ceded criminal jurisdiction except for federal lands constitutionally held under exclusive federal jurisdiction or ceded to it by the state. Do you support maintaining Nevada's criminal jurisdiction over Nevada's lands?
8) Do you believe that peace officer status in this state can only be granted to federal employees, like the BLM, if they are specifically authorized by state law; otherwise they must contract with the County Sheriff?
9) Currently, there is no meaningful way for citizens to hold accountable government officials/employees who violate the law or rights of citizens. Do you support legislation lowering the number of signatures required by NRS 6.132 from 25% to 10% of the registered voters in a county in order to convene a Grand Jury?
10) Do you support PISTOL (The Peoples Initiative to Stop the Taking of Our Land) ballot question which stops government's abuse of eminent domain by prohibiting the taking of property from one private property owner to sell or give to another private property owner? See website:
http://www.propertybillofrights.com/index.html11) The Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution and Art. 1 Sec. 18 of the Nevada Constitution protects the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures and that no warrant shall be issued without probable cause…Since the passage of the so-called US PATRIOT Act this constitutionally protected right is in jeopardy. Will you insure that in your county legal search warrants are obtained by law enforcement?
12) The National Animal Identification System (NAIS) will require RFID chips for all agricultural animals and pets. It will allow search and seizure for animal control without search warrants. Will you oppose any state or county legislation, which would allow state or county agencies to participate in or police the NAIS system for the federal government?
What do you view as the proper role of government?
