Largest Tax increase

In 2003, an $833 million tax increase, the largest in Nevada history passed. It was forced through the Nevada Legislature by shenanigans with the Supreme Court initiated by Governor Guinn. It was so unneeded that in 2005 Guinn got a "rebate" passed using the DMV registration. The voting record of State Senators and Assemblymen on this tax increase follows.
