There will be no Pro-Life Ad this Year In Recognition of the
U.S. Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v Wade.
The U.S. Supreme Court decision Roe v Wade came on January 22, 1973. It struck down the restrictive abortion laws in the individual states including Nevada. Every year since 1986 Nevada Families has co-sponsored with Nevada Right to Life a Pro-Life Ad in recognition of the tragic anniversary. For many years we sponsored a full-page color ad in the Reno Gazette Journal including names of individual sponsors.
Over the years we added newspapers including the Reno News and Review, the Sparks Tribune and the Elko Daily Free Press. The time came when the readership of the newspapers was droppin and a we had a desire that we no longer wanted to spend large amount of money with a blatantly pro-abortion newspaper the Reno Gazette Journal. Over the succeeding years we sponsored advertising on electronic billboards and online advertising through January 2022.
The U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v Wade on June 24, 2022. Because of the long waited for decision by the U.S. Supreme Court, in discussion with Nevada Right to Life, we decided that we will no longer focus on the January 22nd Roe v Wade anniversary and hence no annual pro-life ad. This Supreme Court decision appropriately returned to the States the laws regarding abortion. There never was any constitutional basis for Roe v Wade. There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that gives the Federal Government any jurisdiction over the issue of abortion.
Prior to Roe v. Wade, 30 states prohibited abortion without exception and 16 states banned abortion except in certain special circumstances (e.g. rape, incest, and health threat to mother). Roe v Wade invalidated all these State laws. Before Roe v Wade, Hawaii was the first state to liberalize their abortion laws along with New York, Alaska and Washington. In Nevada during the 1969 and 1971 legislatures there were attempts to liberalize Nevada’s abortion law which failed.
Unfortunately in 1990, Nevadans voted overwhelmingly to put abortion for the first two trimesters with essentially no restrictions and with limited restrictions for the third trimester into Nevada statute. This can only be changed by another vote of the people. Changing this is not within the realm of possibility at this time. We can however, continue to educate and to provide compassionate care for the girls and women who seek alternatives to abortion.
One of the greatest pro-life tools which science has provided is the sonogram. There really isn’t an argument anymore as to whether the unborn baby is a real baby. One of the greatest challenges we face is that for 50 years nearly unlimited abortion has been the law. In addition, America is in severe moral decline. There have been some 63,459,781 abortions since Roe v Wade. The landscape of the American family has completely changed since 1973. Just as it seemed impossible for nearly 50 years that Roe v Wade would be overturned, but we kept working, we will continue to work in all the ways we are able to secure the Right to Life of the innocent unborn as we go forward.

There are already 893 Bill Draft Requests for the Nevada Legislature.
A Bill Draft Request or BDR is a request for the Legislative Counsel Bureau to write a bill. The majority of these requests are from Legislators and Interim Legislative Committees, but they are also from the Governor, Constitutional Officers like the Controller and Secretary of State, Nevada Supreme Court, Counties, Cities, School Districts, and government agencies. They are listed on the Nevada Legislative website, but have an explanation of only a single sentence. This makes it difficult to know which bills are important to follow. Last session in 2021 we were initially following over 500 bills of a possible 1,200.
As of now some of the subjects of the bills include: elections, voting and ballot harvesting, lots on education, class size, pre-kindergarten, child care, school based health clinics, property, firearms and firearm restrictions, health care, mental health, public health, crime and criminal justice, changes to theft crimes, ground water basins, water, family law, legal holidays, debt collection, Medicaid, block chain technology, public safety, jury selection, homelessness, school safety and reduction of school violence, revises provisions regarding Nevada Homeland Security, sex trafficking and definition of sexual offences, emergency management and preparedness, study desalinization of water, wildlife, animals, taxes, sex trafficking and definition of sexual offences, makes Juneteenth a state holiday, organ donations, motor vehicles, energy, revises provisions regarding domestic terrorism, drivers licenses and drivers authorization cards for non-citizens and many more including a Constitutional amendment protecting environmental rights.

US Government in Full Scale Implosion Because of Corruption

“The U.S. government is so fraudulent that it will self-destruct much sooner than later.” Catherine Austin Fitts predicts, “If you look at FTX, my question is how much of the money sent to Ukraine got laundered right back for the (2022 midterm) election? So, to me, Ukraine is not a destination point, it is a through put point. . . . At this point, and I hate to say it, but we are in full scale implosion. The corruption is that bad. That’s why I am telling you what we need is sovereignty. The federal government is not going to deliver. . . . The financial coup has reached a point where if you want sovereignty, the only person who can deliver that is your state governor and your legislature. . . . If you’ve got a great state AG, if you have great legislature, if you have a great governor, you better start supporting them. They are the people that can protect your sovereignty. You need governmental sovereignty if you are going to have individual sovereignty, and you better do it now. You have no time to be entertained by Joe Biden, Trump and Hunter Biden.”
The federal government corruption was turbocharged in 2019. CAF (Catherin Austin Fitts) says, “While everyone was focusing on the teenage sex life of the Supreme Court nominee Kavanaugh, the House, the Senate, the White House, Democrat and Republican, both sides of the aisle got together and approved Statement 56 of the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) which said they could keep secret books. That was everybody—together. So, there is no Right vs Left. There is no Trump vs Biden. There is a machine in control of a spending machine that is financed with our taxes, and debt borrowed in our name, that is being sold into our pension funds and retirement accounts. . . . That machine, to keep balancing the books, is implementing a depopulation plan. That is the reality that has to be faced and changing the President won’t matter. . . . If you want to make real progress against the machine, you’ve got to talk turkey about where your money is going, who are the local leaders and who are your state legislators who are going to support you when this machine fails you completely. If it doesn’t fail you in 2023, it will fail you in 2024. So, you better be ready.”
CAF says a big trend in 2023 that is already underway is people realizing the CV19 injections were not meant to save you but harm and kill you. CAF say the CV19 injections were a bioweapon meant for depopulation, and everybody in America will know this in 2023. CAF says, “The mainstream media has done a good job painting a different picture, but at some point, you cannot defy reality, and that is coming out. We have already seen it translate into market action. We see life insurance companies trading down 30% and the funeral home business trading up 20%. That is a 50% divergence.”
CAF talks about the importance of physical gold and silver in the not-so-distant future. CAF also talks about using cash, growing clean food, paying down debts, Central Bank Digital Currency, places to live to weather the coming storm, taxes and the strength of binding together for sovereignty against the machine.
In closing, CAF says, “Get out of fear and stay out of fear. . . .You think a snowflake is weak and fragile until enough of them get together, and then they can shut down New York City. . . . If we can face it, God can fix it. Don’t go to fear.”
